It includes a full dietary analysis for each member (within one month of package start date), and the choice of a monthly face-to-face consultation or a weekly video call or telephone consultation for each member of your family. Plus, a ten percent discount from all relevant supplements (including our free re-ordering service) and tests (including free full reports). *A family is a maximum of four people (additional members can be added for an extra, discounted, cost for those with a larger family; or members can be removed for those with smaller families); Each member must have an initial one hour face-to-face consultation within two weeks of package start date; Video call/telephone consultations are not a replacement for a full initial consultation, but can be used instead of a follow-up consultation and are a maximum of fifteen minutes; A minimum of 12 months subscription is required, payment is made by standing order one month in advance i.e. initial payment is for two months; Cancellation will require one calendar months’ notice and a cancellation fee of an additional month. An additional charge for postage will be required where supplement orders do not meet the requirements for free postage from relevant suppliers.*

It includes an initial consultation, two follow-up consultations, a full dietary analysis, and unlimited email or video call or telephone support. Plus, a ten percent discount from all relevant supplements, our re-ordering service and tests (this includes ten percent off full test reports). *An individual health issue is one that involves or impacts only one organ system (additional health issues can be addressed with addition of additional follow-up consultations package; You must have an initial one hour face-to-face consultation; Video call/telephone consultations are not a replacement for a full initial consultation, but can be used for follow-up consultations; There is a two month limit following your initial consultation to request a follow up consultation; Unlimited email/video call/telephone support includes a maximum of three fifteen minute emails/video/telephone calls a week; Payment is required upon booking of initial consultations; Cancellations require a minimum of twenty four hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of £25 will be deducted from your package fee.*

It includes an initial consultation, a follow-up consultation, and a full dietary analysis. Plus, a ten percent discount from all relevant supplements and tests (this includes ten percent off full test reports). *This package is not suitable for addressing individual health issues i.e. one that involves or impacts one organ system; You must have an initial one hour face-to-face consultation; Video call/telephone consultations can be used for follow-up consultations; Payment is required upon booking of initial consultations; Cancellations require a minimum of twenty four hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of £25 will be deducted from your package fee.*

Consultations can be requested at your home address, however, additional charges to cover mileage and cost of parking (where necessary) will be applied; or via video call (this is only for follow-up consultations).

Personal Training / Exercise Programme demo sessions are done at your choice of venue, either at your home or your regular health and fitness club (you will be required to cover any entrance costs), however additional charges for mileage over 10 miles and to cover cost of parking (where necessary) will be applied.

Payment for all Nutritional Therapy packages or consultations and Personal Training / Exercise demo sessions is required in advance, at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice, any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of £25.
